Payment
All products remain Damian Velasquez, LLC's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping charges will be confirmed before final payment is processed.
All payments made through Damian Velasquez, LLC are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over updated SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Return policy
Returns must be authorized by Damian Velasquez, LLC and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization code. Request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Refunds cannot be made on custom orders. We will repair or replace at our discretion.
